Baltics and Poland: City Life and Nature, 13 days, 12 nights - Guaranteed Departure Tours

NEW for 2019, we are now offering to combine the ever popular Baltics tour with the highlights of Poland’s must-see cities of Krakow and Warsaw.

This is all-urban experience. To get more contrast we start in Krakow, Poland and will work our way to Tallinn, Estonia to make sure we meet all the differences in between. We will tick 4 beautiful countries – Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Starting from historical royal Krakow to unparalleled Warsaw. Next stop –Kaunas, the former capital of Lithuania, the unsung hero city of Lithuania and, of course, visit Vilnius – the current capital. Keep in mind all red roofs of Vilnius because these roofs will be the first recognizable thing in Riga too. Some say Vilnius and Riga are quite similar, others deny this – well, you’ll get the chance to compare it by yourself. Your last stop on this beautiful journey – charming Tallinn with all secrets, stories and legends about it.

HIGHLIGHTS:
*Tick 4 countries;
*Experience 11 cities (like Krakow, Warsaw, Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga, Sigulda, Tallinn etc.);
*Enjoy nature in various locations (Jasna Gora Monastery, Poland's forests and lakes, Gauja National park, Parnu);
*Visit the hill of Crosses.

The Route

KRAKOW (POLAND) • WARSAW (POLAND) • GIZYCKO  (POLAND) • VILNIUS (Lithuania) • RIGA (Latvia) • TALLINN (Estonia)

Krakow
Krakow

Krakow, situated on the Vistula River, is the second largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. In 2000, Kraków was named European Capital of Culture. In 2013 Kraków was officially approved as a UNESCO City of Literature and in 2016, received the prestigious “The Best European City Trip 2016” award for the third consecutive time. There is plenty to see in this beautiful city and we guarantee once you see it once, you will want to come back.

Warsaw
Warsaw

Warsaw, the sprawling capital of Poland. Its widely varied architecture reflects the city's long, turbulent history, from Gothic churches and neoclassical palaces to Soviet-era blocks and modern skyscrapers. After a comprehensive city sightseeing tour, we recommend to join an optional Chopin tour which includes a visit to the church of Holy Cross with the urn of Chopin’s heart, visit to Lazienki Royal Park with famous Chopin’s statue and entrance to Chopin’s museum.

Vilnius
Vilnius

Lithuania’s capital is one of the driving forces behind the country’s great tourism industry. Boasting the largest medieval old town in central and Eastern Europe, Vilnius is increasingly popular for its warming sense of history, bewitching architectural heritage and bustling cafe culture.

Riga
Riga

Riga, selected European Capital of Culture in 2014. Riga is one of those cities that look like a Christmas card all year round. It feels intimate in the way only a medieval city can; the buildings in Riga’s Old City look like dollhouses, the streets are narrow and cobbled, and the iron church steeple of St Peter’s is visible at almost every turn. We highly recommend joining the Sigulda sightseeing tour; Sigulda is often called the Latvian Switzerland because of the beauty of its landscape.

Tallinn
Tallinn

Tallinn, one of Europe’s newest capitals. Its Old Town was almost untouched by war and remains perfectly preserved, yet it has a surprisingly modern, sophisticated air; this is a city looking forward as well as to its traditional, folkloric roots.
