Coronavirus Latest Update

At IntoRussia, your wellbeing is our primary concern. We’d like to reassure all our clients and partners that, together with our local suppliers, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus situation and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) current guidance on foreign travel.

As Russia introduced on 16 March additional travel restrictions to last until 1 May, we are working hard with all involved; our local suppliers and the airlines, to resolve the situation fast. Due to the unprecedented number of cancellation and changes around the world, airlines are dealing with a massive influx of calls, prioritising travellers with the departure dates in the next 7 days. For clients due to travel in a few weeks’ time, it may take longer to make the necessary changes to the bookings but you can be assured we are working very hard to make it happen.

We’d like to thank you very much for your support in this difficult time that is affecting everyone and we hope for your understanding. We are looking at all options to make sure we can all stay safe just now and look forward to the future.

With bookings due to travel after the 1st of May, we are working on options that we can offer and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Because of the unique circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic, ABTA has been in direct contact throughout the crisis with senior government ministers to introduce an emergency government consumer hardship fund to fulfil refund payments.

In the meantime, we are working closely with the suppliers and for those, whose bookings were cancelled due to the Coronavirus, we will be offering the Refund Credit Notes (all bookings are assessed on the individual basis and, if your departure date is after 1st of May, not all bookings may qualify).
